The Student Council shall be allowed to rank LGBT+ Room moderators to the following ranks based on activity: Senior, Junior, Sophomore, and Freshman.

1. The Freshman role shall be gained after passing the intern phase of training; the Sophomore role shall be gained for having at least one month of activity; the Junior role shall be gained for having at least two months of activity; the Senior role shall be gained for having at least three months of activity.
2. A system should be created to remind the council to rank up members and promote them when they are eligible for a promotion.
3. Should a member be inactive for two months, they shall be DM'd and asked if they wish to remain with the LGBT+ Room's moderation team. If they do not reply within three days (72 hours) they are to be demoted to freshman. If the subject member is inactive for another two months, they shall be administratively removed from the LGBT+ Room's moderation team by the Student Council; through a simple majority vote (this can be done in a batch vote).

The Headmistress will be responsible for constructing the initial record of Members, with ranks and date stamps, for review by a delegated council member whose responsibility it will be to upkeep the list and hold timely council votes on rank-ups.
